A practice built on
discipline, timber and time.
Titan Carpentry Group is a forty-two-person studio of master carpenters, joiners and project managers building the homes, fit-outs and rooms that define Australian architecture today.

Titan Carpentry Group began in 2009 in a single Surry Hills workshop. Sixteen years later we run forty-two craftsmen across three states — still answering the phone, still snapping the chalk line.
We are specified by Australia's leading residential and commercial architects. Our work has been recognised by the Master Builders Association and published in Habitus, Est and Belle. But our standard isn't a magazine cover — it's a square that reads true twenty years after handover.
We work to architectural tolerances. Always.
Specified, milled and finished by us.
One point of contact, start to handover.
Every detail designed to outlive us.

Sixteen years,
one standard.
- 2009Surry Hills workshop

- 2018Melbourne studio

- 2025Forty-two strong
Three workshops, one standard — every project still touched by a master carpenter.

Four stages.
No surprises.
We walk the site with you and your architect. Constraints first, ideas second.
Line-item costings, a firm program, and the foreman who'll run your build.
Joinery prefabbed in our workshop. Framing and install on site by the same crew.
A walk-through, a defects window, and a ten-year structural guarantee in writing.

Forty-two
on the tools.
Master carpenters, joiners, apprentices and a project office that has run more than three hundred builds. No subbed-out crews, no white-label handovers — every nail driven is ours.
